Product Marketing Lead
Product & Engineering – Stockholm
Unomaly is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join our Product Team. As a product marketing lead you will work with communicating our algorithmic monitoring solution to our users and customers, and enable our company to market and sell the product to mid-size and enterprise segments. You will lead development of product messaging, sales tooling, product launches, and work with cross-functional teams to communicate our product, features and benefits. This role works in a fantastic intersection of product management, engineering, sales and marketing and reports to co-founder and CTO.

We would love to see someone with enthusiasm and fascination of software - how it is built, deployed, maintained, and controlled by organizations that want to innovate quickly. You love to craft a story in a simple, easy to follow way, and you can balance quantitative evidence and qualitative factors to quickly test, learn, and iterate. Determine the best way to speak about the value Unomaly brings to organizations and individuals.
Ensure product-market fit, make sure we have a strong understanding of customer problems and challenges.
Help the company understand competitors, alternatives, and validate competitive advantages.
Actively train sales and marketing experts on the product, features and benefits.
Ensure all communications, from PR to the website to sales conversations, are consistent in message and aligned with the value we bring to the market
Craft creative product content, demos, competitive analysis, product messaging, and blog post etc.
Plan and execute product and feature launches.
Dream up engaging product demonstrations that are used on stage, in videos, and as the basis for customer engagements in the buyer journey.
Work with CMO to create campaigns and drive demand generation strategies.
At least 5+ years of B2B product communications experience.
Preferably with documented experience with SaaS space or communications towards Engineers.
Successful track record of working with sales enablement and training.
Proven ability as a product or technology advocate.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
Self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment.
Strong time and project management skills.
Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, problem solving and executive presentation skills are required.
Comfortable with ambiguity and proven ability to have impact & influence.
Experience building creative assets and content.
A can-do attitude and hunger. You're eager to jump in and get things done but don't get flustered in a dynamic and often changing environment.
Relevant industry background and experience in IT development or monitoring is a plus.
